The Hougen HMD920 Fab Kit Fractional with Swivel Base is the most powerful 3-speed magnetic drill in the Hougen lineup, built for heavy-duty fabrication. The 3-speed gearbox (250/450/700 RPM) maximizes torque, cutter life and productivity across the full 7/16" to 2-3/8" diameter range, with depth of cut up to 3". The Swivel Base option provides 1-1/8" W x 1-3/8" L of swivel area for precise hole positioning without repositioning the magnet. The complete Fab Kit includes the HMD920, a 2" depth "12,000-Series" cutter kit (12002), 1/2" drill chuck and adapter for using twist drills, a pint of coolant and accessories. The HMD920 features a powerful industrial-strength motor for all-day drilling, two-stage magnet, gravity-fed coolant bottle, reversible feed handles and lift detector safety system. Made in USA.
