HMD918 Magnetic Drill - 2-Speed Deep Hole Drilling up to 6" Depth

The Hougen HMD918 is engineered for deep hole drilling, allowing the user to cut through stacked material and reach cutting depths up to 6". The HMD918 drills holes up to 2-3/8" diameter and 3" deep with the standard arbor, or up to 1-1/4" OD and 6" deep with standard "12,000-Series" cutters. With Hougen Copperhead Carbide cutters, cutting depths of 6" can be performed up to 2" OD. The 2-speed gearbox (250/450 RPM) optimizes torque for different cutter sizes. Two interchangeable arbors are included: one with front support bracket for everyday holemaking, and a second short arbor for 4" and 6" cutters. Compatible with #2 Morse Taper twist drills, reamers and other accessories. The pressurized coolant system handles deep hole drilling and extended drilling times. Made in USA.
