HMD2X2-2 Low Profile Magnetic Drill - 2-Speed with 2" x 2" Capacity

Small enough to drill in places where even handheld electric drills can't go, the Hougen HMD2X2-2 has the power to cut holes up to 2" diameter through materials up to 2" thick. This low profile two-speed magnetic drill is purpose-built for fabricators, maintenance and field service. Powered by a 115V/9A motor with high-torque gearing, the HMD2X2-2 handles truck frame modification, plant maintenance, on-site assembly and installation projects. Hougen safety features include a no-adjustment safety switch with LED indicator that shuts down the motor if the magnetic base is lifted, and a two-stage power-on switch that prevents drill rotation unless the magnet has first been engaged. Compact, portable and powerful. Made in the USA.
